The City University of New York Graduate School of Journalism, based at 219 West 40th Street in Midtown Manhattan, is the publisher of 219 Magazine. Since opening its doors in 2006, the CUNY J-School has become known as “the convergence” school for its multimedia curriculum that blends classic reporting and writing with the new forms of interactive storytelling.
